Refund Policy

At Junior Delights, we sell packaged snacks, biscuits, candies, and nostalgic junk food items. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict policy for replacements and refunds.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for any food products once delivered. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Replacement Policy (Expired Product Only)
Replacement is allowed only in the following case:
- If you receive an expired product (expiry date already passed at the time of delivery).
In such a case, we will provide a replacement for the same product (or a similar value product if the same item is unavailable).
3. No Replacement / No Refund Cases
Replacement or refund will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Product is not expired but you did not like the taste or quality.
- Minor packaging damage caused during courier handling.
- Wrong product ordered by the customer.
- Delivery delay due to courier partner.
- Product opened, used, or tampered with.
4. How to Request an Expired Product Replacement
To request a replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the expiry date
- Photo of the outer package (if available)
5. Replacement Approval
After verification, the replacement will be dispatched. Junior Delights reserves the right to approve or reject requests if proof is insufficient.
6. Refunds
No refunds are provided. Only replacement is allowed for expired products.
